Hired them a week ago. Great communication. Very clear. Showed up exactly when they said they would. Did the job in one day. Left the jobsite very tidy and gave us the remaining materials for future repairs. They did a complete tear off and repaired some roof sheathing before installing high-quality underlayment and 30 year architectural shingles. Time is the true test of quality with roofing but from what I can tell now the work is good. They did a complete tear-off of the old shingles, repaired any plywood that needed it, wove the valleys etc. All of those are considered best practices for roofing.
