  Once you go MK, you never go back. We bought our first ever home with MK and almost 2 years in, I continue to be impressed not only with the craftsmanship of the home but also with how incredibly kind, helpful and professional the staff is. These guys do NOT cut corners - the materials and design are top notch and extremely high quality. They are super responsive to any small issue that comes up, and have many times dropped in (past our warranty) to lend us a helping hand. I will ALWAYS buy MK homes and trust them completely. Best builder in Chicago!

  MK Construction did a wonderful job on my kitchen renovation this year of 2021!  Not only the service of managing the project but also the quality of the outcome was great. Marek always promptly answered to my questions all the time and handled the project smoothly in order to complete the project on time. Robert also did a wonderful job.  He is a highly skilled contractor who works diligently and carefully on every task he touches and creates the value on the products he work on. I love my new kitchen and am thankful that I could meet this great team at MK Construction for my renovation project.  I will strongly recommend MK Construction with Marek and his crews to anyone who has a construction project in the future.
